Shinrone GAA Child Protection

Shinrone GAA Club is fully committed to creating and maintaining the safest possible environment for all young people who actively participate in our diverse range of activities. We do our utmost to take all practicable steps necessary to safeguard children from any discernible forms of abuse, harm, discrimination, or degrading treatment, ensuring that we respect and uphold their rights, wishes, and feelings in every situation. In alignment with the guidelines established under the GAA ‘Our Games – Our Code’ Framework, Shinrone GAA has appointed a designated Children’s Officer and a Designated Liaison Officer (details provided below), whose appointments are central to the club's overarching policy on Child Welfare. We strongly encourage everyone involved with the club to support and collaborate with these dedicated individuals as they carry out their vital responsibilities to protect our young members.
